Teacher Innovation Grants

We provide grants that empower TUFSD teachers to pilot new programs and develop innovative curricula designed to inspire and engage students of all abilities.

Grants for Technology & School Arts

We provide TUFSD's elementary, middle and high schools with grants that increase access to award-winning programming in arts and culture. We also raise funds to ensure that all students can access digital learning.

Community Programs

We partner with local organizations to deliver essential community education programming designed to help families prepare their young children for academic success.

The Foundation funds grants in every academic area and to every grade. We request funding proposals primarily from district teachers, which are reviewed carefully by committees and our board of directors to ensure it is consistent with our mission and the goals of the school district. Funds are currently allocated in the program following areas:

  • Arts & Culture
  • Health & Wellness
  • STEM/STEAM
  • College Readiness
  • Elementary Literacy
  • Special Education Enhancements
  • Needs-based grants for special projects
