Dear Friends of TUFSD,

It is with great excitement and gratitude that we invite you to participate in our Spring Benefit on Saturday, April 30, 2022. The Foundation for the Public Schools of the Tarrytowns, a not-for- profit 501(c)(3), was established to encourage and enhance academics, athletics, technology, and the arts for all students in our schools. The silent auction component of our event drives our fundraising success, and we need help from families and businesses like yours.

Our auction is a crucial element for raising funds in order to bring educational and enrichment programs to all of our students. Proceeds from this year’s auction will support our curriculum priorities: Wellness, STEAM, Early Childhood Literacy, Arts & Culture and College Readiness.

This Spring, after a 2 year pause, we are celebrating our cause on Saturday, April 30th with our annual Spring Benefit. Most importantly, this year, we are honoring our Tarrytown Schools Community, the entire faculty and staff from TUFSD, who have worked tirelessly to ensure the safety and continued learning of our students.

Please consider donating an auction item or gift certificate. Your item will provide a wonderful opportunity for you to gain exposure to over 2,500 potential customers while supporting our children.

In addition to the live event on April 30th, some donated auction items will be featured here on our website from February 28, 2022 through April 15th, 2022.

As an auction donor, you will receive:
  • Unlimited visibility to a national audience through the Silent Auction Pro platform
  • Company logo placement and direct link to your website (gifts valued over $250)
  • Exposure to over 2,400 families and friends who are part of our community through promotional e-mails
  • Company name listed on bidder sheets seen by 300+ guests at the live event
  • Tax deduction for the estimated value of your donation(s). The Foundation for the Public Schools of the Tarrytowns is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our tax ID# is 13-3749969
