TUFSD Teacher Innovation Grants
Every year, the Foundation of the Public Schools of the Tarrytowns offers a round of small grant funding in support of new, innovat while serving students in the Tarrytown Union Free School District during the COVID-19 pandemic. Grants of up to $2,500 are available for successful applicants.
The purpose of this funding is to help TUFSD teachers and staff explore solutions to any need, gap or opportunity identified during the 2020-2021 academic year. We also encourage applicants to identify, explore and test new ways to teach and learn given the pandemic-related conditions we find ourselves in.
Eligibility: Only TUFSD teachers and staff may apply, though students, parents and community members are welcome to partner with teachers and staff to develop proposals. Projects must be approved by school principals to be funded.
Due date: Monday, March 22, 2021.
Notification date: Successful applicants will be notified no later than Wednesday, April 21, 2021.
If you have questions about this request for proposals, please email foundation@tufsd.org. No telephone calls, please.
